Palawan is a province of long mainland road journeys, offshore islands and separate airport gateways. The right first question is not “How far?” but “Is there actually a road between these places?”
Puerto Princesa, Sabang, Port Barton, San Vicente and El Nido are connected by the mainland road network. A private car or van can collect you at an airport, hotel or wharf and continue between these stops.

Plan a road-and-boat dayCoron town is on Busuanga Island in the Calamian group, separated from mainland Palawan by sea. There is no road from Puerto Princesa or El Nido to Coron: the connection is by passenger ferry or flight, with road transfers at either end.

Lio Airport is on the mainland. It works for El Nido and road transfers south, but it does not turn Coron into a road journey. A separate ferry or flight connection is still required for Busuanga.
Francisco B. Reyes Airport is on Busuanga Island. Coron town and Busuanga stays begin with a road pickup; resorts on Culion or smaller islands then need their own boat hand-off.
Name the tour area, not just “island hopping”. Honda Bay, Bacuit Bay and the Calamianes use different wharves and local operators. We can quote the road pickup and identify the boat connection your plan needs.
