Privacy notice

Only what the quote form asks for: your name, email address, phone number, the trip details you enter (pickup, destination, dates, times, passengers, bags and any notes), and your consent tick.

Alongside that we record technical context that arrives with the submission — your IP address, browser user-agent, browser language and timezone, the page you landed on, the referring site, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. This tells us how people find us and helps us spot automated spam.

To prepare and send your quote, to answer follow-up questions, and to arrange the trip if you decide to go ahead. That is the whole purpose. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you sent us.

Our own team, and — only where it is necessary to actually run your trip — the driver or licensed boat operator assigned to it, who receives the details needed to meet you.

Your submission is stored on our own server and copied into our internal booking system. Notification email is sent through a standard email delivery provider.

Quote requests that do not become bookings are kept for up to 24 months so we can recognise you if you come back, then deleted. Records relating to a completed booking are kept for as long as accounting and liability obligations require.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request from the email address you used on the form and we will action it — there is no charge and no form to fill in.

You can also withdraw consent at any time. If you do so before we have quoted, we will simply stop and delete the request.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores your first-touch referral information in your browser's session storage so it can travel with a quote you submit later in the same visit; it is cleared when you close the tab.
